Quest 3 controllers

Grip: grab whatever is nearest — any battery, the meter, a probe, the disconnect handle. Release while moving to throw a battery. The meter and probes are hand instruments: they freeze where you release them and never fall. Probes stow back on the meter.
Trigger: select a terminal or panel control.
Left stick forward: aim the teleport arc, release to go. Push it sideways while aiming to pick which way you arrive facing. Red arc means you cannot stand there.
Right stick: 45° snap turn; pull it back for a 180° turn-around.
B / Y: bring the instruction board to you.
A / X: switch cable / red / black probe tool.

Desktop practice

Drag the scene to look. WASD moves.
Click a battery, then its numbered bay.
Click two terminals to connect a cable.
Select a probe tool, then click a terminal.
Use the meter controls to select DC volts.

Tracked hands: pinch to select; close thumb and middle finger to grab. Grabbing with your other hand takes the object across. Hands have collision palms and fingertip colliders, and controller grips use the same interaction.

Simulation for practicing sequence and polarity. Battery lift is assisted. Fastener torque, lockout/tagout, PPE, conductor sizing and site acceptance require an approved real-world procedure. The 16 reserve batteries can be handled but are electrically isolated. Values use an ideal rested 6.42 V per battery from the supplied T105-AGM datasheet.
